A minimum of two address checks are performed before contact is made with the debtor unless otherwise requested by our client.

All repossessions are executed peaceably and reported immediately to the local authorities. We operate strictly under the laws of the State of Florida and none of our clients have had legal repercussions as a result of our efforts on their behalf.

Debtors are notified by mail of the procedure for redeeming personal property that may have been in the vehicle at the time of recovery. We remove and inventory all property; it will then be stored for up to 30 days until it is claimed by the debtor.

Our clients are notified immediately when their collateral is recovered, or the following morning if the recovery occurs after business hours. A condition report is completed and faxed the same day.

Pictures, condition reports, and invoices are mailed within a day of the repossession.
